Scott Jacobson

Scott is an associate broker/advisor for Ranch House Realtors, LLC. He has represented clients in the purchase of residential properties, acreage, and commercial real estate involving: Residential Leases, Sale-leasebacks, 1031 Exchanges, and Planned Development Procedures. Scott has also created discounted cash flow estimates and market reports for multifamily housing developments throughout Texas.

Scott began his real estate career working as a real estate and surveying assistant in Denton County while attending the University of North Texas. After Graduating from UNT, Scott worked as a buyer’s representation agent, an apartment leasing specialist, and as an Assistant Leasing Director for one of Texas A&M’s premier private residence halls. Scott has experience in the creation/completion of commercial marketing pro-forma’s, and has advised clients in current value creation trends linked to the development process for properties in Texas, California, and New Mexico. Scott earned a Master of Science in Land Development from Texas A&M University, and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Real Estate from the University of North Texas.
